    • Investment table isn’t pulling
The media could not be loaded. I just bought this, opened it up and couldn’t get pass the first instructions - the machines PSI gauge is not moving past 5 (can barely hang onto 5). The customer service department is non existent at this point. Someone here in the US gave me a ticket number but the “company” is in China so they do not speak on the phone, nor do they have any real technical support. They supposedly will only respond via email. I have yet to receive said communication. Really hoping Amazon can help me out here as this item was very expensive for it to come broken and without any word from the company. Edit: I’ve now received a replacement…it also doesn’t work. I am a beginner at this, but it is so easy to use. And I only had to order 1. Where as I ordered 2 from another company, and they both came broke I had to send them back. I have done three castings and they turn out very good. I will provide a video.

    • You must fill with hydraulic oil. Vacuum chamber holes in the rubber mat must be plugged.
I use the device for jewelry casting. It has worked well for my needs. The vacuum chamber/casting cylinder control valve is a little off the indicator marks, more like 45° not 90°.

I fancy of DIY and jewelry making. This jewelry lost wax cast is exactly what we looking for. Compared to my retired machine, this is lower price, but quality is better. I will design a very very special thing for my wife as her birthday gift.

    • Not put together well
Got this in a big wooden shipping container with plenty of packing so I assumed not damage since the container was so robust. 2 dents in the back panel I had to bang flat. The switch has 4 wires connected to it. 2 of those wires had pulled out due to poor installation. I have yet to fix that and turn it on. The one gauge it has the paper dial for the needle looks like paper. Which would be fine but the paper is too big for the casing and it is bent, not flat. I don't even know if I can fix that. Shipping it back would be an enormous hassle so I am going to try and fix it. For what they want in price the damn thing should be not in this condition. ... show more

I returned this item because one side did not pull sufficient vacuum, the handle falls off, and the handle was set to incorrect vacuum and release positions. I've run this type of casting machine for almost 50 years, and know them well, and this one is simply low quality and junk.
