I recently started my health and fitness journey..I have two young sons so I get up at 430 to get to the gym around 5 to work out for an hour and 40 min-5 days a week. I wanted something that would give me energy to get moving and start my day that early as well as take me through my workout and after...but not make me feel like my heart was going to beat out of my chest. I'd tried other pre-workouts a few years back that swore the same things and I ended up feeling anxious, grumpy and like I was going to die when the crash came post jitters. Not to mention those others tasted awful. So I got on here one morning and found this. I got it and tried it and its DELICIOUS! So the first day-I was nervous and didn't even use one full scoop bc I didn't want to get that weird feeling. I didn't! So increased a little each day from a scoop now i use 2 or 3 depending on my workout that ive got planned for that day. I've been using this daily for over a month and It's the first thing I look forward to when I roll out of bed to get up for the gym! I LOVE the taste of the blue raspberry. I going to my second bottle so basically I used one for two months (not taking every day) for me was the best I found, not to strong, give you a booster to workout specially after worked all day, need to be attention to drink water, gave me headache when I drank less water (dehydrate). No more afternoon crash! Water is boring and this stuff makes me actually want to drink more of it. Tastes great! The container is a bit small for my man mitts. Maybe a spoon with a larger handle or a shallower container would make it better.
