Quality is good. Wish it was just a bit thicker. You might need some kind of stickers on bottom so it don't slide around if your using on hardwood floor. Love how it arrived vacuum sealed. Opened package and it fluffed right up. Super soft!!!!!! Was easy to lay down. I chose to keep original rug under it as a pad. Wish I could have gotten a solid color. Original rug was white and my lab just wasn’t a good mix with a white carped 🙈🤣. Hoping this color will work better and hide some of her shenanigans! 1. I don't know what I expected the coal color to be but this is pitch cool black, haha. 2. The fibers are incredibly fine, leaving the rug a very silky feel. Nice on the feet, slightly slick. I don't think it would hold up to extended wear and tear. 3. The padding keeps the rug in place and makes it more comfortable to stand on. 4. Packaging was great, made it very easy to carry up 2 flights of stairs. It took about 3-4 days before the rug looked its best, and some hand fluffing of the fibers. Overall, it's an okay rug. The main thing is how astounding it is to get any rug in this size for this price. I just moved into a home with hardwood floors and can't afford the type of rug I'd like to buy yet, so this does for now. I'm not sure you could vacuum it however, which is a problem. It was easy to roll out. I am not using a pad under the rug and it feels great. It’s light weight. I recommend tacking down the edges to vacuum. It vacuums well—no problems. It looks great in my room and I am very happy with this purchase.
