I bought 4 of these, and 4 of the Amazon sand bags... like these better.. and bought 12 more of them. Ease of filling with sand, work great. The velcro will give, if you drop these fron a height. But for what they are, great.

I use these under my patio furniture and inserted sand bags into them to weigh down the furniture so it quit blowing around. They have been performing nicely and the furniture hasn’t blown away since this addition. I was able to get about 2lbs in each pocket so that was nice to add for weight.

I like the product very well but gave it a 3 because one side of one of the bags was not sewn properly and I cannot put sand in that side, but otherwise the rest have worked perfectly. I have a Costco 8 legs car canopy and as heavy as they are the winds we get in Washington have done damage to them in the past. ... show more

I put sand in my bags. I had been using bags of mulch or top soil to hold my umbrella in place. I wanted something nicer and easier to move about. They hold my umbrella in place easy. I wish the Velcro pieces were bigger so I can put them on my stand. I have two canopy tents for party's. They look like they will make them more stable and can't wait to use them.
