Few key things that stand out with this product over others I've owned. 1. Comes with extra parts from screws to even an extra cap. 2. Comes with the tool to assemble, thus zero of your own tools needed. 3. Padded arm rests. Most I've owned, even a high dollar Titan, had plastic arm rests :( This is of solid metal constructions, even the wheels are rock solid. So the base frame and adjustable parts of this is very heavy duty. Comes with neck cushion and lumbar cushion. All adjustable depending on how you sit and how tall you are. Has a nice leg/foot rest that pulls out when desired and tucks right back under the chair. Looks really cool (I got the black and white version). I've enclosed the manual and you'll see how well they did the instructions - thus was a very easy to put together, like 15 mins. As far as comfort goes, pretty much right up there with most the other chairs that I own, currently and past. The cushion starts out a bit stiff but then starts to break in nicely after use. Which is what you want, imo. Two adjustments for height of chair to recline. Goes back 155 degrees. And almost 4 inches up and down. Btw, holds up to 300lbs. Really impressed with this gaming chair. Comfortable and flexible for those times when I want to just chill and recline. Of solid construction so I'm not worried about it breaking down anytime soon. And the cushioned armrests save me from having to buy aftermarket ones as no one likes to rest their arms on plastic for long gaming sessions. Kudos OneGame. ... show more

This is one awesome gaming chair! It is so comfortable and relaxing. Gives you the option of laying completely flat on your back and it goes up and down. It did take my 13-year-old gamer approximately an hour to put it all together, it had a lot of pieces. But it was a fun project for him to do. It looks really cool. It is a very high quality gaming chair. It is rollable and it even has this thing where you can put your legs straight up. It is definitely worth a penny. I highly recommend!! ... show more

The chair is very durable and with high-quality finishes. It has a very impressive recline function that allows you to lay virtually flat in fully reclined position. Those pillows are somewhat comfortable but personally not my favorite as there is no way you can adjust the depth or intensity of such support. Foot support is basic but works for all intents and purposes. Armrests are good and comfortable though not adjustable.
