I love the salon bed - it is nice, but it was missing parts when I bought it! I had to have braces made at a metal shop to compensate - and when I contacted Omy Salon they said they would send the missing parts. . . Still waiting two months later! OmySalon finally did refund my money for the price of the Salon bed a week after I wrote this review with the caveat that this error would not occur in the future should I decide to purchase again from their company! The bed looks just as pictured. It's not extremely sturdy, but for the price it's great. The only issue I have is that the spring on the back of the chair is too loose and won't hold the chair into the upright position. I use it for microblading and my clients lay flat, so it's not a huge deal for me. Although it is a bummer that it doesn't work 100% like it should... but you get what you pay for so I'm not too mad. I only put two stars because the seller DID replace the first one I received that was defective, but the one that wasn’t defective is so low quality that 6 months later I had to get a new one (after costumers complaining about the bed every time they sat on it the entire time I had it.) to put it simply, it’s not sturdy and not quality. ... show more
