There is one tiny pocket in the waist band I assume for a key, but otherwise no other pockets to be found. Disappointed to be honest. If you don’t want pockets they are lovely, but I need pockets. 😓

Leggings are squat proof. I am 228 at 5'4. I ordered a L and they roll down. I have a small waist and big hips so that's always been an issue for me. Leggings don't offer any type of tummy control. And they do have a little bit of camel toe but it's not too bad.
