I can't say enough good things about this cart and more importantly the customer support. The best features of this push cart are the large carry compartment, and ease of use. I could unfold this cart in under 30 seconds and be ready to golf with the bag also secured. The large carry compartment is excellent for carrying 3-4 sleeves of golf balls, range finder, snacks, tees, etc. While all of those are awesome, having the best customer service I have ever experienced is also a HUGE plus. I don't want to get too much into details, but Andrew went above and beyond to ensure I was a satisfied customer. He personally sent over 10 emails to make sure everything was in order and I was happy. I don't ever write reviews, but I do read them often before a purchase. If you want a great product, and more importantly excellent customer service, choose this brand/company they WILL take care of you. I will never choose another brand for that reason alone. I bought this to replace an old Sun Mountain. It is much sturdier and not even a fair comparison. Great product! 4 stars because I ordered gray and received white. Not worth the hassle to return so I kept it. Also, there is no clip for a scorecard. The bin has weep holes so you can store cold drinks but then there is no place for items that need to stay dry. I’ve played a dozen or so rounds with the cart now. Very sturdy on the course. Folds easy and very quickly. Secures my bag well with the 2 straps. I have a Ping Hoofer carry bag for reference. Plenty of storage. Wish there was a cellphone holder as an attachment. A real joy to walk without the bag on your back! ... show more

    • Major Balance Problem Causes Tipping Over

I've used several golf carts over the years, and this one is THE worse for balance. I have now been using this cart for almost one year, and have found that it tips over very easily. If you use an umbrella, a cup holder, or one too many items in the storage compartment, the cart easily tips backwards onto the push handle. Because of the constant tipping over problem, I have broke several cup and umbrella holders. To overcome the balance issue, I have to constantly find a spot where can I park the cart on a downhill slope when I go to hit my next ball. Otherwise, I'll walk away only to hear the unit tip backwards dumping my drink, and everything in the storage compartment. ... show more

I have been golfing for a few years and have experimented with multiple products in the golf world. During Covid I figured walking the course would be a great way to keep in shape while the gyms were closed, but my Callaway push cart just want doing it. It was bulky and heavy and had no room for storage. Some of my friends suggested looking into OMADA Golf (an up and coming golf company), who had just released the Trilite. So i reached out to the gentlemen and asked them about their products and why they were worth buying. After receiving my Trilite, and really comparing it to any cart I've had before, it blows all competition out of the water. This cart is extremely light and folds so easily. The cart has a large pocket for storage, tees holders, and even a cup holder. By just looking at the cart you can tell it is made with quality material that's going to last a lot of long golf seasons. Did a lot of research and went with this push cart. Not disappointed. It is lightweight and easy to fold and unfold. The storage pocket is bigger then it looks and there are two mesh pouches underneath for smaller items. Only complaint is the straps can be a bit tricky but I am still new in using it and figuring it out. Would buy again. ... show more
