This Olight pl-mini 2 fits perfectly flush on a Glock 17. It fits on a Glock 34 nicely, set back from the front of barrel but not too much. The Olight pl-mini 2 snaps on in one second as advertised and locks into place perfectly. I put 250 rounds through my Glock 34 with the Olight pl-mini 2 mounted and it held up. It's compact, sturdy and nothing has come loose so far. Brightness: Awesome. The 600 lumen Olight pl-mini 2 outperforms my 1750 lumen Olight warrior mini 3. The Olight pl-mini 2 is brighter and has a better beam. Battery life: Pretty good. If you're using this light for training it has PLENTY of battery life. If you're using this light for like an hour straight (which I did during dry firing) it'll run out of batteries. Recharging: The best. It's the same as your handheld Olight. The Olight pl-mini 2 has a magnet which finds the recharger. The recharger connects to your USB plugs and has a light to indicate the state of the charge. The Olight pl-mini 2 has a different magnet which doesn't magnetize to the Olight warrior mini 3's charger. You need to charge the two lights separately on their designated chargers. If you use your weapon light during training I highly recommend this light. And if you own a Glock 17 this light will fit your gun perfectly. ... show more

After looking at the competition, this is brighter and easier to activate. Very solid and durable construction. Recharges with USB. Long press and it turns off automatically (Intermittent). Short press and it stays on (Continuous). A very useful system. You'll need an adapter to put it on a Sig p365 but that's true of most lights. Olight should soon be accepted along with the big boy brand names. There are some snobs who hate on Olight. Their rifle lights are incredible but just need a more secure remote switch attachment. But that has no relevance to the pistol lights. A very nice product! ... show more

    • How easy it assembles and disassembles!

I love o light products and this is another really good one. Fit my G2C nine millimeter perfectly! Alli has to do was turn the quick release about three complete turns. Then I folded down quick release leave to lock in place. No additional anything needed, for my pistol at least. Adjusted vertical and horizontal angles, which are nicely and conveniently right beside each other! Light is as usual, great, but the addition of a pretty decent red laser, they made it perfect to me! Super simple to use as well! There are three settings, laser, flashlight, and then laser and flashlight together. Simple push with trigger finger, right at guard, and you can pulse all settings or short press and light or laser will stay on. Not really a strobe setting fan, and this one doesn’t have it so, works for me. And like most all o light products, lifetime warranty in USA! That’s so worth it alone ... show more

I have a couple of Olight products. They have always served me well and offer great value for the cash. This light is no exception. I put this on several CCW options and they all fit well, function well, perform exceptionally well and are affordable. Compared to the Streamlight option, which is the king of weapon lights, these Olight are very comparable and in some cases, outshine the competition. This particular light is so good for what it does, I decided to buy 2 of them. If you are looking for a no frills yet bright and compact weapon light, this will certainly do you the justice. I have owned three of these on my primary carry pistols. I lost the first one at the gun range. Ordered two more and tightened them securely. Have several hundred rounds through both pistols stays tight. Don’t know how durable it will be in the long haul. I also own a Surefire and Streamlight for two combat pistols. These are brighter, but again they haven’t been torture tested like those brands. For concealed carry it works just fine. Super bright and easy to operate. The features, ease of installation, appearance and brightness of light along with great laser makes this a wonderful product. The only reason for the four star is because I am not a fan of charging a light for a firearm. What happens in case of emergency necessity and your firearm has been sitting in your safe and the light is discharged ... problem. Also, cannot charge during a trip in the woods or away from any place w/o electrical supply. With a battery light, just open, replace battery and you're good to go. If this may never be a concern, or you're using the firearm just for practice, as I am using this light for, I would readily recommend this light as it is compact, well made, functions well and serves its purpose. ... show more
