Update: The customer service proved to be the best again. I reached out to them to find out how to get spouts for the bottles as they are broken. They immediately sent lids for all 4 bottles that I have. The bottles are of good quality and I have been washing then in dishwasher and the bottles still look like new. The lid broke after using it for a month. However the customer service representative reached out to me, enquired about the problem and sent a replacement bottle of same color immediately. These bottles are cute and dishwasher safe. I couldn't find other brands offering dishwasher safe steel water bottles with colorful designs. Highly recommend it. ... show more

My number one criteria when buying a new water bottle for my son was that it would not leak no matter how he put it away in his backpack. This water bottle has lived up to the test! My three year old son often puts it in upside down, shakes the bag, rolls down hills with it etc. and it still does not leak. I’m really please with the quality of the bottle, the non-slip bottom and how it retains cold/heat. The spout is a nice plastic that functions perfectly. The pieces are a bit hard to clean because they’re tiny but I don’t mind. I’ve also seen that they have various designs if your kiddo wants something more fancy than a solid color. Good: This tumbler is a great option if you want a stainless steel tumbler for your kids but not spend $$. It even has a bottom rubber so the tumbler doesn’t get dented or make that “ding” sound when you put it down. Love the color options and hoping they will make more pastel options. Bad: the mouthpiece is horrible. It is weak and keeps breaking! I have bought and returned this item a few times and wish they could just send me a couple mouthpiece replacements so I don’t have to make a complete refund. It is an amazing cup, that keeps the liquid inside nice and cold throughout our 5-year-old's school day. It even comes with two straws that way you can have a spare for those last-minute situations. The only problem is with the top. Like most of the comments on here, the mouthpiece seems to come off easily. He dropped his cup once and the mouthpiece came off completely. We were able to correct the problem ourselves but then the rubber stopper inside the top, came off while washing it and now it is lost forever and no longer leakproof. Those are the only reasons we could not give this cup a 5-star review. So in conclusion; Pros: Kindergarten proof Leak proof (when intact) Customizable Holds cold liquid very well Cons: It seems like the mouthpiece for the cup doesn't hold up for long. ... show more

Since this unicorn bottle arrived, my daughter picked it up and knew how to use it right away. The unicorn design really excited and encouraged her to drink water during preschool and the bottle has not left her side . If that's not enough, she even go to sleep with this bottle with her unicorn stuffie collection! What I specifically like about these bottles is that they are not your standard run-of-the-mill kids' bottles. These have real design and thoughtful touches. First, the colors and the patterns are not cartoony and childish - they harken to a child but they are tasteful if you prefer a less in-your-face pattern that children's items usually can be. It will last as your child transitions from baby to toddler to little kid very easily. Second, the straw and flip-top design are completely different from others we have. The straw is actually at an angle so your kid can get to the last of the liquid in the bottle - nothing is more infuriating than having to fill a bottle that still is a third full because the straw doesn't reach the bottom of the bottle. That is not the case here and I have not seen this with any other design on the market. This bottle comes with an extra straw and straw cleaner. Using one straw while the other straw dries at home during the day/if you lose a straw. Buy these! They are totally worth it when you see your kid's face light up with excitement and when you realize that designers really thought how to make this bottle efficient, beautiful, practical, and long-lasting. ... show more

Cute color and perfect size. Unfortunately the tab that helps open the straw broke after one day of having it. My 1.5 year old dropped it once and the tab snapped off. And even more unfortunately I threw out the info sheet that it came with that stated the email to email about the warranty. Bummer. The handle stains. Otherwise my 1.5 yo loves it and takes it everywhere. Keeps water cold all day, even when we’re out in the FL sun. Does not leak if the straw is closed. It leaks slightly if the straw is up and the bottle is on its side or upside down. Easy for toddler to drink out of. Overall good but not great. ... show more
