Product Care Instructions: ‎▪️Do not overinflate the airbed; stop inflating once it is fully expanded and firm, ▪️Run the pump for a maximum of 10 minutes at a time and allow the motor to cool down for 7 minutes before using it again. Disconnect the plug when the pump is not in use, ▪️Ensure the bed is completely dry before deflating and folding it for storage, ▪️Always turn the valve at the pump to the off (middle) position when the bed is fully inflated to prevent deflation, ▪️Avoid exposing the airbed to extreme temperatures. This mattress likely deserves 5 stars. I abused it horribly! I bought this because I needed a spare mattress to recuperate on following a total hip replacement. My regular mattress was at the top of a steep and narrow and, for a couple few weeks, unreachable for me stairs. The mattress' built-in pump inflated it quickly and very easily; I found the rotating dial that turns the pump off and on to be much easier to use than other designs. As to my abuse of said mattress, I was strapped to an ice machine which required me to spend 10 hours a day atop it, in addition to sleeping on it at night. So it got a lot of wear and pressure from that. But it was the dogs who I fear took the greatest toll. I knew their nails and enthusiasm could be deadly for the mattress - both dogs weigh 60 lbs. each. So took the precaution of layering three heavy blankets, two quilts, one comforter and two sheets on top of the mattress to protect it. It worked beautifully for 19 days and nights. With the dogs repeatedly jumping up on it, playing and sleeping on it. That's pretty impressive, I think. However...tonight is Night 20. And at last something has given way; there's a definite slow leak in the mattress now. I can't say I blame it! Anyway, I think it's a pretty good mattress especially for short-term un-dogged use, and appreciate that it held up as long as it did. ... show more

    • My partner broke up with me and i've had better sleep on this compared to our former bed.

I bought this when i was at work and my partner broke up with me. It arrived the same night. It is a very nice air mattress for the value. I have two cats and a dog that sleep on it with me (+50lbs) they have yet to puncture or deflate - but there is a repair kit included. It doesn't lose air and stays filled for a few days at a time. The valve is very easy for electric deflate/inflate. You can also deflate manually from just pressing the button. I have had better nights sleep on this compared to our $1k lux mattress. The only downfall is when it gets chilly at night the air in the mattress also feels cool, so i would recommend sleeping with a mattress protector or throw blanket to keep the chill off. ... show more

We purchased this item for my daughter's post surgery recovery. Her dorm has beds that are bunked, and she cannot climb for a few more weeks. The twin size is perfect in the space available. We did not purchase a "cot", because we thought at 18" high it would be easier for her to get up from. The ottoman in our living room is 18" tall and that served as our test height. Once we inflated it at school we realized it is only 16" tall. It still works, but wish I had gone with the brand that had stated 20" tall to maybe split the difference. Had to use it for several months. It holds up well, just needs to air up once a week. It inflats and deflates in relatively good time. It holds our family of five, my husband is 350 lbs and I'm 200 lbs, plus our three kids can lay with us with no issues. The only issue I have is the sides tend to bulge out when you use it for a long time, so it takes up more space than normal. My sister slept on the mattress and said it was comfortable. I hesitate to give it a 5 star rating because we've only used it one time. The last mattress, although not by the same company, failed after 5 months. Hope this one will last longer.

Mattress is fairly comfortable and easy to set up. It basically maintained inflation other then topping it off each night as the mattress stretched to full capacity. My only complaint is that I specifically ordered this mattress as it stated it was a king size. When I took it out of the box to inflate I noticed the the dimensions listed on the box said it was 84 inches long which is a Cal King and my king sheets did not fit. I didn't have time to return it and look for one that was actually a King so now I have had the additional expense of buying Cal King Sheets and mattress pad! ... show more
