They shipped much much quicker than promised. I was very happy. The chairs are sturdy and looked very nice. Everything was well packed and the whole set was shipped on a pallet To prevent water from getting in, I took out the foam cushion and put a big clear lawn garbage bags over it. Then I replace the cushion cover and so far it has been great. If it does get wet, it should dry quicker since only the cover is wet and not the entire foam cushion. ... show more

I am genuinely impressed with this furniture! We ordered 2 sets of the same color (gray with red cushions) and used the modular pieces to create a large sectional and separate seating area. The covers are extremely durable. What surprised me the most was how comfortable this set is... I was worried it would be too "deep" of seating but the cushions aren't as long as I thought and the slight angle to the backrests is perfect and supportive. Highly recommend this set! ... show more

When this arrived, it came in several boxes on a pallet, unloaded from a large truck into our garage (it's not something you can have just delivered to your house when you're at work). Once we got everything unpacked and set up, I realized it was nicer than I expected. The units are incredibly light, thanks I guess to the aluminum tubing that's used. The cushions are held in place with velcro strips, which is handy. The set comes with a cover, which is terrific...just wish I could buy an extra cover for when this one wears out (it's not terribly thick). Would definitely recommend. It's not the least expensive option, but it's far from the most expensive, and it is pretty much exactly what's pictured here on the product page. Update: 1 year later. We still really like it! It has held up superbly. And we discovered you can buy extra covers directly from the Ohana Collection website. Still very much recommended. :-) ... show more

The delivery was great and the no assembly is the best part!! Well made and shipped with care. I really like the contoured back pillows. Velcro strips are included on the cushions and you’ll need to make use of those to keep everything from sliding around. Comes with clips to attach the separate pieces. The only negative is the cushions are EXTRA FIRM with ZERO give when you sit down. I really wish this set had a a softer sitting feel. ... show more

The sunbrella type fabric is a must if you get direct sunlight. Ours are going on 4 years old on our back patio facing the lake and they have held up. There is only a slight amount of surface rust on the chrome which I will sand down and paint black which I prefer anyways but I have very happy with how these are lasting overall. I would like to buy new covers for the coushins at some point but that is because of the kids with food and sunscreen. The coushins covers are lasting pretty good outside of the stains. ... show more
