I use mostly OGX products on my 72 yr old 3B Caucasian hair. This is one of the few that I can't give 5 stars. It really seems to mostly just sit on top of my hair. I'm not seeing much improvement in the areas I was hoping for, so I'll stick to the OGX coconut milk serum. That product works for me, but this one may be perfect for you. All we can do is try! I do use the argan oil shampoo and conditioner, however. UPDATE: OK, 4.75 stars now. My fingernails just drink this oil up! The old skin, too. They've both actually improved, look healthier, less dry and my ugly, terrible cracked nails are actually able to grow out a bit! YAY!! BTW two drops is about all I personally need for shoulder length hair, face and nails, so pretty cost effective, right?! ... show more

This product, argon oil, has done a great job in moisturizing my dry hair. After showering I towel dry my hair. My hair length is about to my hips. After I towel dry my hair I use approximately a dime size amount of argon oil and work it through my hair. I start from the ends working my way to my scalp. Then I come my hair out. Usually letting it dry naturally. Once in a while I use a hair dryer. Either way, my hair is soft, silky feeling and shining. It would have been great if I had discovered this product 20 years ago. So, I generally get nervous about using hair oils/serums because they mostly make my hair extremely oily; they take it to the extreme. After doing extensive research, I decided to go with this product. I used it after getting a scalp/hair treatment, so my head was in the best possible shape to receive this product haha. I was having issues with dry hair that was extremely staticky, and it was getting so annoying. I started off small, a little does go a long way and treated it as such. After a full blow dry my hair looked actually great. Surprisingly great. Didn’t look greasy. It didn’t feel oily, or greasy either. I don’t really pick up on a strong scent, its neutral to me.
