The scent is different. It doesn't neccesarily smell good during application (there is a funky chemical scent to it), but after it is applied, it smells so warm, luxurious, relaxing and expensive. My cousin had a bottle of this in her car and I had to go buy it!! It’s super thick and creamy and smells SO good! I apply it to damp skin to help it distribute and absorb. I’m super sensitive to fragrances and textures and how things feel after they’re applied. I have zero complaints. My new favorite lotion for sure! My only suggestion would be to reinforce the hinge of the lid bc it feels a little flimsy. But it hasn’t broken yet so I get as long as I’m careful it’ll be alright. ... show more

This is the cream for the sun lovers! It smells good but does have a small scent of earthiness that only last a little bit. But the absorption rate is really good. The cream does not leave a film or stickiness and keeps your skin very soft and smooth. I had high hopes as I love their other products. I really enjoy coconut scents or light vanilla so this seemed perfect. Their other products always smell wonderful, especially the coconut. Unfortunately this lotion missed the mark. I can't really explain the scent this had as it wasn't the normal coconut scent from their other products. It wasn't strong but It wasn't pleasant. It didn't last long once applied which normally I'd hate except this time I was thankful. The coconut just smelled off. It was fairly thick which I don't mind but it didn't rub in. It took a lot of effort to not have a white layer sitting on my skin. It just didn't want to blend even if I used less. I felt like I had to work too hard to use it. It did feel nice on my skin after awhile and not too greasy. No this wasn't the worst lotion I've used but I want to like the scent and not have to add time into my routine because it won't rub in. I will still use and buy Ogx as well as try anything new they release. They have many awesome products. This wasn't a hit for me but I know others might like it and may work great for them. ... show more
