    • Don’t waste your time and money
Cross bars for GX460. All fittings are with bad threads, the quality is horrible. Don’t waste your time and get a good one from the dealer. I just can’t understand, why they are selling this product, they are getting bad reviews, the customers are wasting time. Why the engineers can’t make a normal thread and matching bolts? I don’t get it. If they can’t make a normal quality, they just better not to make it at all. What’s the point to buy a cheaper option you, if you can’t use the product? I don’t recommend it, until they fix the problem. Spent 3 hours outside in the winter conditions for nothing, now I have to order a different one. ... show more

    • Did well for one trip, but failed later.
It was durable when installed, but the bows are simply too short to install within 3” behind the sunroof - they have to be installed toward the rear of the vehicle where the vehicle width is slightly narrower. This may have contributed to excessive stress on one of the mounting screws. It eventually stripped upon readjustment. Although the vendor has been responsive, I still don’t have a resolution. I will update to a favorable review if they can replace the stripped J-clip. The bows are good quality, but the hardware is sub par. Bite the bullet and get the official Lexus bows. ... show more

    • Good Crossbars that are Difficult to Install Due to Poor Quality Control During Manufacturing
These bars look great and seem to be made of high quality material, but poor fitment made them impossible to install without modification. The first thing you need to know is that the distance between the roof rails on a GX 460 is over 2.5 inches narrower at the front than the rear. Therefore, the crossbars are two different lengths, with the shorter crossbar going in the front. Nowhere in the instructions is this mentioned and neither of the rails are marked front or rear, but you can easily tell them apart by standing them up next to one another and, armed with this knowledge, get them in the right place on the first try. :-) The crossbars have about an inch or so of adjustment built into them, but even so, my front crossbar was too short (didn't quite reach the rails, even when adjusted to full extension) and my rear crossbar was too narrow (wouldn't fit between the rails even when adjusted to full-compression). Judging from some of the other reviews, they aren't all this way, but mine sure were...which leads me to believe that these exhibit a typical Chinese level of quality control. I was able to remove the non-adjusting end of each crossbar and re-drill and tap new holes to put the bars in the correct range so that they could be installed as intended. So, if you're handy like I am and happen to have a drill, a 5/32nd inch drill bit, and a tap and die set (with a M5-10 tap) lying around like I did, go ahead and order these with confidence, knowing that you'll need to set aside an hour or so of screwing around to get them installed. ..or maybe you'll luck out and get ones that fit! :-) ... show more

    • Not that bad
Saw a lot of reviews complaining didn’t fit. I was worried but thought I would give it a try and return if didn’t work. Honestly it wasn’t hard to put on and I have had no issue.

    • Missing parts and won't fit.
Bought for Lexus 2022 GX 460. None of the end caps were spring loaded. The marking labels were missing. the rails with end caps on were far too short and would not fit. Appears they sent wrong parts to me. I had to return.
