I bought these, because I have the reusable ones with the metal disk suspended that heat up after friction is applied to the disk. I was going to bring the liquid ones with me while traveling and it crossed my mind that it is liquid and I’ll probably never get it past TSA and will have to toss them even though I have a medical condition that makes me need the hand warmers. That’s where these come in. I love that the magnet that attach the two together is really strong, so that you won’t easily lose one. It’s also useful as a back-up battery for your phone if needed. I bought these since my hands tend to get cold when programming or when playing competitive games. These perform best at the following settings: 3/5 red stars and stuck together. They get warm enough to warm my hands up within a minute or two, but there's a small flaw with these. If you turn these on to 5/5 and hold them then you're going to be disappointed. These things don't feel all that warm when you use them in this way, so I would only recommend these for indoor use and stuck together first. Also, the batteries don't last all that long AND they do not support USBC power delivery, so you have to charge these on a USB-A port. 4/5 stars for indoor use, but 1/5 stars if you had to rely on these in the cold. ... show more

These were the perfect addition to our Saturday morning fall soccer games. They heat up quickly, and they get pretty hot (I had to turn them to the lowest setting after awhile). They keep a charge and can be used for hours at a time, and they recharge quickly.

They get the job done. They get hot quick and warm your hands but they’re larger than expected and only heat on one side of each. Magnets holding them together were also weak and not ideal. Will probably stick to the left over disposable ones I have from last year
