At 6ft long and almost 5ft wide, it's a great sized blanket. There's a nice little elastic strap on one end so that when you roll it up, the elastic keeps it wrapped up for when you're trying to shove it back into its carry bag. Once in the bag, it's approx 13.5" x 7", so tossing it in your trunk won't take up too much room. It says it's water resistant, so I'd be hesitant to put in on the wet grass and sit on it, but as far as wrapping up for warmth, it's great! It's not down filled, but cotton, but it's still toasty warm. It's a keeper!! ... show more

I bought this blanket before a trip to Yosemite. I wanted something lightweight but warm, that I wouldn't mind getting a little dirty. The Oceas blanket exceeded all expectations! It's super soft, lightweight, and easy to throw in the back of the car or in a backpack. It is so lightweight you wouldn't expect it to be warm, but it got into the 40's at night and I stayed very warm sitting by the campfire wrapped up in this blanket. My husband was so jealous he bought his own! 10/10 highly recommend! ... show more

Really enjoying my Oceas puffy blanket. It's going to be the perfect compliment on my upcomming camping adventures. It's roughly the size of a small sleeping bag when packed, and lightweight. The best part of Oceas gear is they nail the little details, in this case they integrated a bunjee loop on one corner of the blanket, so its easy to roll up tight then pop on the strap and put it back in the bag without having to wressle it like a gator to get it back in. I love this blanket. It’s extremely lightweight and IS water resistant. I had it out around the fire with me and it did start to rain but it repelled all of it. It wasn’t a downpour, but it was light rain and did well. Also, it’s extremely warm. I used this inside my sleeping bag. Some nights got below 20 degrees in the Forests and I wasn’t cold at all. Had bought a lightweight older version of this for picnics and hikes. Thought I might upgrade to a heavier version for some overnight hikes and camping trips. Used this last night and it was great! Light enough to bring around, not cumbersome and gets the job done. It is water resistance not waterproof but still does well. Insulates well without being heavy and feels fairly supple.
