This card is horrible and defective. I brought this for my spouse and he tried using it at Chili’s they couldn’t use the card. The money is still on the card but we can’t use it.     • Works but annoying to use
The gift card requires some extra effort to use that makes it only worth it when it’s on sale. Otherwise it’s just a hassle. The item description said to go to the website and redeem the actual gift card you want but the card I got didn’t work on the website. It turns out there are a few different styles the one I received you have to get the cashier to charge as credit and you have to tell them the exact amount you want charged otherwise it won’t work properly. The gift card also arrived deactivated and took around 24 hrs from when I received the card before it was activated. I would recommend checking the balance on their site before trying to use it to make sure it’s activated. ... show more

So, this gift card doesn’t have a ‘card’ it’s just the thin cardboard packaging. I’m hoping that’s the way it’s supposed to be. I bought a couple of these for gifts. I’m not being paid nor compensated for my honest review.

Can’t use them online to buy from macys, have to use them to buy a macys gift card. Completely ridiculous to buy these gifts that say Macy on them and have to trade them for macys gift cards.

When trying to use the card at Macys.com, not only the transaction was rejected, it leads to Macy's forever suspend me from order on Macys.com. I wasted $100 on nothing and worse.
