I bought the rotation disc, auto swivel seat cushion based on the reviews. Don't believe the reviews. It doesn't swivel very well. It is not comfortable sitting on as there is not enough padding. I returned this rotating cushion because it didn’t fit in my car. It sunk in the seat too much. I tried sitting on it myself before my husband used it for a broken hip. The idea is FANTASTIC. But, with a hole in the top rounded out of seat, its uncomfortable......especially if someone were small in frame. It works WONDERFULLY!!!!!!!!!!!! but you really have to make sure your BEHIND is not anywhere near the center hole in it.

I bought this for my mother to make getting in and out of her car a little easier which it does. However she says that it is not very soft or comfortable. I guess if I had purchased a more expensive one it may have provided more cushion, but she isn't in the car for long periods of time so it get the job done for now ... show more

    • Absolute MUST if you have a hip replacement!!!!
This product is definitely under the category "NECESSITY IS THE MOTHER OF INVENTION". Whoever created this made it with the knowledge of lessening pain. Mobility is so limited after hip surgery that even just turning to get out of bed is painful. Put this little thing under your butt and whoever is helping you out of bed only has to grab your good leg and turn you. No pain, you just glide. Same for getting in and out of your car or a chair. I can't say enough about this. I have a thicker one and it is nowhere near a useful as this flat one. ... show more

Really did not work for me. Would not spin while sitting on it unless it was on a flat hard surface. I tried on a cushioned chair and truck. No go.
