    • Hard for an elderly person to get out of.
It's very hard for an elderly person to get out of because the leg thing pushes in too hard and the arms aren't strong enough to support being leaned on when getting up. We had to give it away.

We should have known better, but we learned a hard lesson in regards to trusting in posted reviews and gave it a shot because of the reasonable price. However, please do not be mislead by a newly set up chair that has not been used or tested over time. My wife is an experienced in furniture sales and as soon as we opened the first box, she recognized cheap bonded leather immediately and knew that regardless of price, this chair will start deteriorating almost immediately. Sure enough as we took pieces out of the box and set up one chair out of 2, we noticed flaws immediately with stitching and surface imperfections before even sitting in this chair. We started the process of wanting to return these chairs immediately and their manufacturers service staff ignored our complaint about the low quality bonded leather and insisted that we must pay for the return of this product!! Its actually false and misleading to state that this chair is made of leather when in fact bonded leather is 20% or less of real leather combined with polyurethane binders. These chairs will start peeling almost immediately and will not last one year in our opinion, so please DO NOT PURCHASE THESE CHAIRS! Its worth it to pay for genuine leather as you will get so much more life and wear out of your chairs even if you pay more then double the price of these chairs. ... show more

Bought two of these for my parents. Chairs are holding up nicely. Everything works as it did in the beginning. Material looks great also. No complaints. Good for the money!

After reading the reviews I was concerned about what I would receive when this got delivered. Well as the title says I was surprised that my experience was very good. It was easy to set up, it was comfortable and all the same color. I am a small person and the chair fit me really well.

These recliners were super easy to install. They did come in two separate boxes and delivered a day apart. A little stiffer than I expected but I’m sure it’s because it’s new.
