This chair is great! The frame is super sturdy and nice. The Chair material is so soft. It’s comfy, it’s not reclining back too far or too upright. I’ve purchased many chairs for dorm rooms. Some with material that makes creaky noises, some recline back too far. This one is by far the best of three or four others I’ve purchased. The chair is good quality and very pretty. I just think these kinds of chairs are not for me. When I sit and out my feet up on the stool, the bottom bar of the chair stabs into my legs. It’s okay to lounge for a little while but not for too long.

UPDATE: Contacted the manufacturer/seller and after 2 days of correspondence explaining the issue and providing pics, they are sending us another chair. Great customer service; very friendly and prompt with their response. Well deserving of a few more stars. We'll add another star when the chair arrives. We are in the process of getting in touch with the manufacturer/seller regarding a potentially dangerous issue and hope it can be resolved. We will update this review as we get answers. So, we just set this chair up in my 11 year old's room and it collapsed the second time she sat on it; she is only 104 lbs. It appears the two pins connecting two parts of the chair were not strong enough and they partially bent and came off, completely collapsing the chair. We managed to straighten the pins and re-connect the parts of the frame that came apart when the pins bent, but it's obviously still an issue (see pics). Unacceptable for the price of the chair. As a side note, there are two silver metal covers also at that juncture which I will assume are there to reinforce the structure of the chair. I can only assume that there was an issue on previous models and this cover was added as a solution. Thankfully, they worked and the frame didn't bend, but unfortunately the pins failed and bent. Maybe a more heavy duty and stronger pins would fix the problem, but we'll see what they say. Fingers crossed.
