Loved the lightweight design and color scheme. As much as I feel like I shouldn't like O'Neal, I repeatedly and consistently come back to their stuff due to their designs, quality, and price balance. Each time I find their fit to be great as well. Pay attention to this helmet's issues with sizing (as reported by other buyers). By their online fitment sheet, I *SHOULD* easily be in a size large helmet. Heeding the warnings of other buyers I went for the size bigger and there would have been no way to fit my head in a Large. There is also the opportunity to see if anyone has returned an ill-fitting helmet that you may or may not be able to get for notably cheaper. So far it's held up quite well. We ride single track/woods and I was scratching up my Adventure Helmet riding in it. I've been in this helmet for several weeks now and I'm slapping and hitting branches etc. No scratching so far. GoPro mounted up right underneath the visor perfectly. Colors are off on many of the pictures. In some it looks blue and yellow. In others, it looks black and yellow (what I wanted). Ultimately it wound up being blue and yellow. Not what I wanted but I was prepared for that eventuality and I still love the helmet. Wife liked it so much she got one as well. Okay so all the reviews say the sizing is snug. Well it is. However, I wear a hat size of 7 3/4 and I will say the XXL fit nicely. You can take the padding around the bottom out to make the helmet easy to put on. Looks great and feel light. I suggest to wear it a little bit to get use to moving around with it. The sun visor is adjustable but not by very much but over all you will turn heads with this helmet. I will buy again if i need another helmet. ... show more

My husband bought this helmet for a “guys fishing trip” and it worked great. They ride ATV’s from a remote camping area to an even more remote lake, and might not always make the smartest safety decisions (think 8-10 grown men away from wives and kids for a long weekend.. use your imagination). After hearing some select stories from the past few years (and believe me, the stories I get to hear are not the good ones) I asked him oh so kindly to please better protect his noggin. The helmet is great, very well padded, and comfortable. We measured and everything, but he did have to return a large for an extra large, but he does have a big head. Helmet was way too tight. Undersized based on sizing chart. I wear a 7-5/8" hat and purchased this helmet in XXL. It was so tight I gave it to my brother and am much happier with the LS2 Blaze helmet I purchased that is shaped just like this one. The LS2 comes with a face shield and built-in sun shade and fits perfectly in XXL. ... show more

I bought a medium as per the fitment guide on the O'neal website for this helmet. I also wear a medium in my street bike helmet. But when comparing the two, this helmet is much more snug. I'm hoping it loosens up a little in the cheek area over time. It seems like it comes around your head a bit more which makes the head opening a bit smaller then other offroad helmets I've had. It feels very comfortable and sturdy. I also really like the hi-viz coloring. All in all, I really like the helmet and you can't really beat the price point! ... show more

My 4 year old has a big head lol I measured him & he wouldn't fit a kids size so we went to adult men's small & it fits perfect (well, almost too small but good for now). Nice quality and lightweight! We just removed the visor today to give him better vision.
