This one is just too light for me to use as a liner, but you could use it over a darker liner to add some glimmer. This is the 3rd time I've bought this product. I love the easy, creamy application--takes 2 seconds of Qtip blend for a nice smokey eye. I don't wear make-up--but refuse to leave the house without at least eyeliner! Lasts well, doesn't irritate my easily irritated eyes.
