Didn’t want to write a review until I washed And used this queen set. First of all, it washed perfectly. The picture is of the top sheet in the pillow cases and the bottom fitted sheet in the other pillowcase. With washing there were No issues whatsoever. Secondly, these are perfect; Not too heavy or too light but definitely velvet soft like a baby’s blanket. This was exactly what I was hoping for and I am very pleased with the quality and soft Velvet plush sheets. Also the bottom fitted sheet is deep enough for my mattress which is appreciated. I ordered a double for my 10yr old and the fitted sheet fit flawlessly and has yet to come off and he's very wiggly! I wanted some extra fluffiness to help with the winter months. I was so happy to get these sheets! They are super warm and soooooo soft. Washing did not reduce their fluffiness. Pillowcases are a little harsh on your hair. I ended up pairing the set with matching satin pillowcases.
