We used these for a fun experiment. Learning about bacteria (good and bad). We swabbed multiple things from mouthes to door knobs to fridge handle. Each dish grew….something! We were very pleased with these dishes.

Bought for my son’s 7th grade science project. Product is Ok, be aware in order to get results, the Nutrient Agar needs to be in a warm area. It took awhile for us to see results, so plan ahead this is not a project you can do at the last minute. Overall I am satisfied!

I was told to order this kit by my child's biology teacher. It sat around for a month and then when we opened it, we found one of the dishes had a large crack in the bottom. The product was well packed, so it wasn't a shipping issue. When I contacted Evviva over email they were super responsive and shipped out 5 replacement Petri dishes immediately. I was so thankful since my kid really should have started the experiment sooner. The dishes are now set up all over the house and growing lots of wonderful (?) bacteria! Thanks Evviva! ... show more
