This mattress was overpriced and should be priced around $300 because it feels like and looks like a mattress that comes from one of your cheapest low budget five and dime stores. Do not waste your money and move onto another mattress set. The material that covers the mattress; especially the box spring sections were cheaply made of cheap materials and Either fell apart and broke due to CERY POOR PACKAGING ORCRATING. The king size mattress and box springs all came in one package and bent during transport and were damaged either by the movers or just from the lack of rigidity and creating the package and an 1/8” thickness cardboard box The packaging was so cheap that not only this mattress it had to be returned, but the bedroom furniture was damaged in transport and I never was able to see it and that was returned to Amazon ... show more

Delivery paperwork from carrier said the mattress size was a full, not the Queen I ordered and driver was limited to driveway delivery not inside delivery as I requested. My husband had signed for the delivery and driver would not let me refuse delivery after I discovered size was incorrect (within seconds, driver had not left my yard). So I was left with a huge box of mattress and box springs laying in my driveway. That being said, I measured my Queen mattress and sure enough the new mattress was indeed a Queen and not a full. Unneeded drama. Unboxed and discovered the lining was ripped free from the underside of the box springs but a staple gun and a few minutes fixed it right up. Only one night so far on the mattress but it was comfortable. Love that I can flip the mattress as it is padded on both sides and will hopefully extend its life. ... show more

Not impressed at all. Opened it and it’s not a real pillow top. It’s very stiff!! I wanted pillow top because it’s supposed to be soft and comfy. Also came with a stain already on it. I purchased this mattress not knowing if it would be comfortable or not. I was searching for a mattress and box spring that was within my budget. This one was pretty cheap and it looked nice online so I figured I would give it a try. I have a terminal illness, therefore; I only weigh in the 70s. When a person is this thin, even the tiniest pleats in a mattress can hurt my bones. The very first night I slept on this, I felt like I had already died and went to heaven! This is the absolute most soft, comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. It doesn’t hurt my body in any shape or form. If you buy this, you will be extremely satisfied. I absolutely love it and I’m so happy I chose the right mattress. Now all I need to do is to save up for some pillows, sheets and a comforter and I will have everything I need for a heavenly death. Shipping: took quite a while to arrive, but shipping info was accurate. Packaging: several boxes pieced together and held in place with plastic straps, no tape, boxes were smeared with black. Delivery: dropped off at either porch or entryway. No help getting it into the bedroom, unpacking, etc. Product: boxspring is very shallow and is packaged as two pieces. I ordered a medium plush pillowtop in twin XL. I got a very firm dish-sponge type top in twin XL. The fabric says Serta, though it's NOT a Serta mattress (which makes me wonder if they're recycling old mattresses.) There is also what appears to be a grease stain on the corner, like it brushed up against dirty machinery. (See photos.) I swear this thing is more like a box spring than a mattress in terms of comfort. I don't even want to donate it, it's so horrible. ... show more

    • This has to be the worst mattress known to man
The material covering wooden base was not secured properly to the base. Which means the inspection team failed before boxing item to insure workmanship. As it was to much of a hassle to re box and return I made the repair myself. This does not make for a good 1st impression. Holding on to the box as I have not slept on it to see if it is up to standards. After 5 month I am removing this has to be the worst mattress known to man from my bed. My husband is a 180Lb and after 2 months his side sunk in. Even sitting on the side of the bed for any time over 10min and it does not support my weight. this mattress is not meant for someone over weight,it is not plush at all and not medium firm it is extra firm so if your over weight and it does not give an inch on pressure points its like your body laying on itself which causes alot of pain,however if your not over weight and like extra firm mattresses this mattress is for you.i have nothing wrong with the quality of the mattress its a nice firm mattress if thats what you need it will be great for you.i only gave 3 stars because for me the listing was decieving since its not plush and not medium firm it caused me to buy something that isnt for me.by all means if you like a firm mattress this is for you! ... show more
