Read the lower star reviews before buying from these people. It is our experience that they are not truthful and charges a 50% restocking fee. In our case we had a defective piece that led to the link breaking. First they told us we had it for over the 30 day return policy, once we proved this incorrect, they said that the item was not returned in the same condition sent. The piece was weak and it broke within two weeks. Kept 50% of purchase price and kept the jewelry. Will not honor their policy and full of lies I’ll never do business with this company again Do your research!!! ... show more

It seems like a nice chain. My wife loved it. I don't know anything about these things, but it weighed the same as the description said. On the other hand the company did a nice thing. I was expecting to get it after Christmas and they sent it first day air so I got it before. Nice touch.

I was surprised by how light the chain is and it made me a little uncomfortable but after doing my skin test I’m positive it’s pure 10K gold , just hallow and it has gold shine. I get rashes from everything but gold. I’ve tried Gold filled , Gold Plated , Overlayed etc..... This has been completely hypoallergenic even when I sweat in the summer. Trust me even Silver, Platinum ,And Titanium give me a rash. Hands down when of my favorite purchases. Everyone who complements it thinks it over 2k ... show more

Looks good and is beautiful. They say it will "Last a lifetime with proper care"... Sure, but Im an active person and I like to wear it every day. 41.7% gold and 58.3% alloy, which means it contains more alloy than gold and therefore is a less expensive option. Its also hollow and light weight so its not very durable. I pull it over my head and dont use the clasp. A few months after the return period it broke in the middle (not at the clasp). Cost $35 to fix. I still like it but I dont think I will wear it often because it is bound to break again. Keeping this one but Im going to spend the extra money for a new solid chain for my daily use. ... show more
