I really like this DJ controller. I've had it for a few months and I'm still learning how to use all of the features but I do like how portable it is. I recently took it with me on a business trip and it took up very little space in my luggage. I will need to possibly purchase a hard case for it. The free software that comes with it made it so easy to get going with playing around with it. I hope to master it because I can certainly see using it for some nice house parties. ... show more

Great tool for beginners and it will be perfect as a backup when you upgrade to a bigger controller. Has the basics and you can get creative with a dj app to supplement. Would recommend.

I have one issue with my controller and that is the sound output does not work properly, there is a loud feedback when connected to speakers. I just use my computer output instead. Don't know if unit is defective or not. Should have sent it back for exchange.

I'm really enjoying this, but there is the $7 monthly subscription to DJay Pro, and if you don't have your own MP3s, you will need to subscribe to a monthly music streaming service for another $10. FYI, it doesn't work with Spotify. Also, if you do subscribe to the DJay Pro, the app comes with the exact same features as the DJ2GO2 Touch. ... show more

Let me start by just saying it was a decent controller, but the features on it is very limited. I like the build quality and the sturdiness of the buttons. The portability of the deck is great! The only thing I noticed is the job wheels will pick up my hands and cause Serato to glitch out as if I was tapping on the job wheels. The music track will stutter and I have no way of preventing that problem. It kills the vibe when I am trying to match the BPMs of the songs because the tracks would just not sync. I think this controller is perfect for those who want to try to get into the DJ world and would take the time to practice and learn the basics. This is also great for those who want to try out mixes on the go to see if it will work. 3 Stars because of the stuttering and sensitivity issue. And it’s only compatible with pc not mobile so that’s kinda a con but it’s not really advertised to do much more than that other than it have pc software like dilute which is huge.but the system requirements are kinda high if your on a budget laptop.

I got one of these units the day before my event and I plugged in the mini plug to the output and the other end into an amplified speaker. All I got was a lot of static and very little audio. Immediately contacted Amazon they replaced it and it had the same issue with the 2nd unit. The company sent me another unit got it today and same issue with the 3rd. I plugged directly into my computer I don't have a problem, I have an old Newmark mixer that is not compatible with the new software but the audio plays through it with no problem, even the DJ2go2 II plug it into the headphone jack and it works fine. I go through my event was running it off the headphone jack. Using Serato Pro software on a Mac with M1 chip. They advised to get a splitter and use the RCA cable out and see what that does. They suggested only plugging in one side which as we know don't always have this one channel of audio. I love the unit I wish it would work but I'm afraid I'm gonna be stuck with it. We'll see what happens. UPDATE Adapter didn't work and plugging in left or right by itself the static is not as bad but still pops and a little static. Tried Virtual DJ and Djay Pro and same issue. Played the music app on the Mac using the controller for audio out same static. Followed the Serato Optimization guide and everything is set correctly . Changed the buffer no change. No revolution so far for this controller. ... show more
