Helped get this for my mum, and just really disapointed. The product itself could turn on and connect to bluetooth. However, when attempting to charge it on the charging cradle/dock it came with, it would not charge! The charging indication lights would go on for a good 5-10 seconds and abruptly stop. It would come back on after a couple minutes, but then go out again. I left it on the cradle throughout the night, and it had only increased 4% in battery percetage. I have to return the item and hope the process goes smoothly and I get fully refunded. Just so dissapointing. Couldn't even get a proper trial in because it was already defective on day one of recieving it. It's very telling that there are numerous reviews out there that have exact or similar issues regarding the charging/battery of Nūface products. The observed battery life is about 2 years, which is crazy for somehting that costs this much. ... show more

Got the Trinity + as a Prime Day purchase a couple of months ago. I’ve been meaning to write a review and here it is. It worked 3 times. Could not make it function after that, tried everything to troubleshoot, reset…. Also when using around eyes on forehead and temple areas I saw flickering lights in my head which nobody else could see and felt zapping. Probably cooked some brain cells. I’ve had professional facials and have never experienced the electric currents so strong or saw a strobe light effect. I thought maybe my pressure was too much and wanted to see if the next time it was less intense but it stopped working. I didn’t realize there were so many negative reviews until I looked now. And honestly the model is of a woman with flawless skin. No before or after pics and terrible directions. It’s a follow the app as you go. I was able to get a refund quickly tho. It’s time consuming and you’re supposed to use it frequently. I’ve read that noticeable results are very temporary. ... show more

So far so good with this product. It's too soon to say about results. Surprisingly positive: The gel and lotion that come with the bundle are scent-free. This is way ahead of many in the industry because it means more people can use what comes free with the device since scented products exclude many users. Also, of course, we wouldn't wnat to push toxins deep into the skin (if one is knowledgeable about fragrances which they apparently are in this choice). The App: The app is overall good so far. But, I haven't used all of the options. In the high forehead option though, the app stalled, asking me over and over to change attachments which I had done. There was no way to tell the app to skip that step and so no way to move on. You have to just exit out of the program and start over. Needs Improvement: There was a bump in the road at first. The Amazon description at the time I purchased did not clearly state that for the Trinity Plus, the regular Trinity attachments do NOT work. You have to get attachments that state Trinity Plus Only. Good Customer Service: The seller did allow me to return my Trinity attachment promptly and sent me the link for the correct Trinity Plus attachment. But, they need to make the descriptions on products clearer in this regard. I have not yet received the refund for the attachment, but I assume that will come promptly once received. ... show more

I ordered a NuFace and it was Dead on Arrival. I was lucky that I tested it before Christmas. Swapped it out and received a replacement that went under the tree. At least the replacement works, however I paid full price and I don't think I received a factory-new item. I don't mind at all if someone tried an item and returned it, but this situation is different. The device is so poorly assembled that you see the seams are gapped and mismatched where the plastic housing is joined. If you look close, you can see the internal machinery glinting through the crack in the housing -- it's clearly not going have a normal lifespan or the expected resistance to dust, drops, moisture, wear-and-tear, etc. Additionally, the device was covered with greasy fingerprints and had crusted conductive jelly on the electrical contacts you apply to your face. This could be from Quality Control testing, but I would not expect to receive a dirty device from the factory at this price point. Even the seals on the box were dirty. See photos. I don't mind at all if it was simply returned due to someone not wanting it, but the first one was DOA and the second clearly isn't properly assembled and was dirty. This is a premium beauty device you apply to your face: one expects it to arrive clean, fully functional, and to be able to handle multiple years of use without falling apart. It seems to me that these are either factory seconds or refurbished devices, and I am not okay with paying full price for them. Sending it back. I still intend to buy one and I can see they work from the difference they make on other people, but i think I need to try the other brand and buy direct in a store or salon and open it on the spot. ... show more
