I am an Esthetician and I love using this on my clients. I love high frequency for so many reasons and this hand held wand makes moving around the spa room so effortless. I wish it came with 2 sets of accessories because only 3 are neon and 3 are argon. When I worked at a medspa they had a full set for neon and a full set for argon but I mean for the price you can't be to picky and it still does exactly what you want it to do!!! ... show more

My main thing that I don’t really like is that not all of them become full with the gas or are as bright. For example the mushroom head in the photo is at the highest setting and my hand at the base of the wand but it’s still not as bright and full as you’d expect whereas the other tools become full and bright instantly. Not to mention it’s the wrong gas the one given to me is purple not orange. It still works well but I just don’t know if it could have more potential. Also the voltage is inconsistent but once there’s a conductor ( like your hand ) closer to the base of the wand it helps but I noticed that some need a sweet spot so it doesn’t sound like it’s about to go out. ... show more

I used this product for 3 weeks, once every week. I originally brought this to help with acne breakouts and to fade blemishes that are left behind from pimples. When I seen that the mushroom tube helps with anti aging that was a plus because I had a small smile line developing near my mouth and since I’m now in my 30’s I thought this would be great to use as well. I hate that I used this product😞 the argon tubes are amazing, they helped me control my acne gave me a glow and my blemishes were gone. But the mushrooms tube made me loss face fat and volume in my face. I did a lot of research to prove that high frequency wands can cause fat loss and volume😥 the company should definitely make that a warning somewhere on the box and have some kind of instructions on how to use it. I had the setting on 2 and used it 2 min on each area as instructed on google. I feel like this product aged me my temples are sunken, my cheeks are flat and you can see my smile line more and another one is appearing😩I hate it. Please be careful when using this product I thought I did my research but of course all the internet shows Is the good and not the bad. I would not recommend using mushroom tube on face unless you have a fat face and want to lose some weight but on the other hand don’t because it makes your face drop. Overall I like this device and the various attachments. it works as promoted and I am a fan of high frequency skincare treatments. However, I recommend that you have some tools handy in the event the metal tip of the attachment gets stuck in the wand base when you remove the glass attachment .. as mine did after about 6 uses of a specific attachment. I contacted support as I wasn't sure what to do with this metal end stuck in the device. initially they responded very quickly then radio silence, even after multiple attempts to get them to respond. So, all good if you don't have any issues with the attachments or wand. Otherwise, you will be left to your own devices to address issues, as I was. ... show more
