The weight is good, feels balanced in hand and not an overly large glass. It gets more difficult to hold glasses when you age but the shape and thickness of this crystal relieves any thought of cracking or breaking in my hand. Worth the extra $ for the balance and beauty.

Beautiful glasses, my only disappointment was how small they are, the shorter glasses in this style actually hold more. Unusual that taller glasses hold less. Very sturdy, with a very nice sturdy base.

The glasses are so nice and attractive that I am discarding my old set that I have had for over ten years. The glass design is beautiful and tall with these straight (top to bottom) grooves. The design adds to a better grip for drinking water or beverage from the glass. Finally, I put the glasses in the dishwashing last night and was so pleased this morning.
