I’ve been using these since my son was six months and he’s 14 months now however the purée gets stuck towards the middle and my son has a habit of turning it over and squirting everything out so it’s not as convenient for car rides or to give it to him without watching. I ordered this because my 9 month old daughter likes to feed herself, but I am very disappointed. The silicone feeder is too difficult to use. I have a hard time squeezing it enough to get Stage 2 foods to even come out for the baby to eat. I can’t imagine a baby of any age being able to squeeze it hard enough to use on their own. Plus the squeeze/screw top is very difficult to use for the parent to even fill it with food, lots of food gets left inside that you have to waste when you clean it out, and it is very difficult to clean because it doesn’t really come apart that much to clean it.
