  • Great ONCE YOU FIGURE OUT HOW TO USE CORRECTLY!!!
Color: White Pattern: Machine
This sterilizer/dryer is amazing! So easy to use. No rocket science involved. 4 simple buttons to get you started. Everything sanitized and dried in whatever time frame you need! In the first month, it had issues. Kept blinking red light saying there wasn’t enough water when it was to the max line filled with water. Noticed that ALL bottles had water spots and had to rinse after every cycle!! Was so annoying and thought it was broken. For $100+, this needs to work superb. Finally after some research, I bought the Baby Brezza descaler and bottles of distilled water from target and now it works like a dream!!! Would recommend to moms and families who just don’t have time to sit and dry bottles all day and who need a big thing to sanitize hundreds of bottles in! ... show more

  • Amazing and time saver
Color: White Pattern: Machine
It’s the best baby bottle and pump part sterilizer. We had th dr brown one and it didn’t dry and got the worst buildup of orange slime. I got this one to replace it and it is fantastic. It’s much more efficient and holds more parts. It’s also nice that you can add a second backer for smaller parts if you ware washing small bottles. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a sterilizer the extra money is worth it! ... show more

And boy was I right, this has been a game changer is the washing/sterilizing process for our family. It gives me peace of mind knowing my son’s bottles and utensils are properly cleaned. The ease of use and performance is seriously amazing. 10 out of 10 recommend. ... show more

  • Good sterilizer - but wish it had a dryer.
Color: White Pattern: Machine
This sterilizer does its job but does not have a dryer. I wasn't aware that some models do dry the bottles/accessories too and would recommend getting one of those so you can skip needing to remove the items to let them air dry. Otherwise, this works perfectly fine if you do not need the dryer feature. ... show more

  • Saved my Sanity
Color: White Pattern: Machine
If you are on the fence about this machine like I was, let me give you some advice… JUST get it. I wanted this for my first baby but everyone around me convinced me a bottle sterilizer wasn’t necessary… sure, you can boil your parts but does that also leave your parts DRY? I love that I can run a quick cycle and at the end of it I have pretty much DRY pieces and bottles I can put AWAY neatly in my cupboard. Now I will say occasionally there’s a couple water droplets left over but seriously, it’s not a huge deal and it doesn’t happen MOST times. It is a little pricey but I promise you it’s worth it. I’m tickled every-time I look over at my bottle rack and there are not perpetual wet bottles air drying. I also have the peace of mind I’m doing all I can to protect my baby health wise of course. But yeah, if you are on the fence about this and a little bit of a neat freak like me, just get it. I promise you won’t regret it. ... show more

  • Clean the heating plate frequently to avoid a burning smell
Color: White Pattern: Machine
I received this today (Nov. 11, 2023) and used it about 4-5 times within the span of a few hours because I had many bottles and multiple pump sets to sanitize. I used tap water and could see a white mineral buildup on the heating plate after the first use. This is not the fault of the sanitizer, it just means my water is hard (i.e., it contains a relatively high concentration of dissolved minerals). Because I did not clean it between uses, the amount of minerals left behind by the evaporated water continued to increase. By the 4th or 5th use, I noticed a burning smell immediately after the drying cycle started. I stopped the heating process and inspected the heating plate. The layer of deposited minerals had turned brown -- the heating plate was essentially burning them. I allowed the unit to cool completely and used white vinegar to descale (i.e., remove the mineral deposits from) the heating plate, following the instructions in the user manual. I repeated a full sanitize and dry cycle and the burning smell is gone. TL;DR: Clean the heating plate regularly, especially if you see white mineral deposits. If you are using distilled water, it will be considerably less hard than tap water but it is not completely devoid of minerals and you will still need to regularly descale your heating plate. In theory, if you do not want to descale your unit regularly, you will need to use either deionized (DI) water or demineralized water. ... show more
