While using Bluetooth connection the mic functions but the audio loses quality. When switching to 2.4GHz wireless (The USB Doggle) the audio is great but the mic is unfunctional. This product works great, has great sound, and the microphone is pretty clear. However, it only works with the wireless stick. If you try to connect it with Bluetooth, you will experience only incredibly low volume, even with the volume on the headphones turned up to maximum. You've been warned.

Let me start by saying the negative first. The sound is not loud enough with the wireless feature. With that being said, it's a great headset for Bluetooth and I use it daily while exercising since it connects via Bluetooth to a cell phone/tablet. For the price it's a great option for people on a budget. However if you want wireless for gaming there are better options. Wired the sound is perfectly fine. I gave 4 stars because the quality is pretty decent, and its durable. If they fixed the sound for wireless then it would easily be a 5 star review. ... show more
