This lil dresser is just want I needed. Assembly was easy enough, took maybe 30 minutes to put together. The drawers are nice and deep and fit all my clothes. Two cons. 1) The inserts for the drawers or maybe it was the drawers itself but something had a strong chemical smell. I sprayed them with Febreze and left them outside for a couple hours to air them out and that seemed to help. 2) Some of the parts were bent, but nothing that severe to prevent the drawers from sliding properly. ... show more

I spent about an hour and 15 minutes putting together. Then I move on to the handles of the drawers. One of my drawers was the wrong size and I'm incredibly upset. I can't even use the wrong sized drawer I received because the bottom of it is the right size... I contacted the seller and am pending a response. Overall it looks great and ultimately is a 5 star item in my book. I'm very happy with it...I just want to have my other drawer without returning :( EDIT: after about 2 weeks I finally received my drawer. I'm estatic. Very pleasant experience with the seller. I originally reviewed this because of missing screws but after finishing there are some other things that a buyer should know. Perhaps it was damaged in transit but some of the drawer frames were bent and one of the tubes that receive a screw was blocked from punch debris from the frame. There was also a bad thread in one of the tubes that had to be cleaned up to accept a screw. Not a big deal but the little things add up to where it was annoying. ... show more

We wanted extra storage for a guest room. We also wanted something light, easy, and with enough room for people to unload their suitcases for a weeks visit. This one is bigger than most of the other offerings in the category. The rest are only 11-12 inches deep, this one is 15. It makes a big difference. It took about an hour for two of us to put it together. Make sure to carefully look at ALL of the drawings so you don't put rails in upside down. The dresser is sturdy and has plenty of storage space. I'll update this after it gets used a few times to see how it holds up to use. It's a great answer to our problem. ... show more

    • Ordered 3 times. Second order
1st one I order was ok, took awhile to arrive. No shipping damage. But some of the lives inside looks like they were damaged before being boxed up. A couple bent parts that we able to be bent back, and one hidden spot that wasn't fixable. But it was easy to put together and it looks nice. The unfixable spot doesn't affect the draws function. I liked it enough to order a second one. When the second one arrived, the box was kinda damaged. We ripped open the box and found it wasn't even the right dresser. The box was too destroyed to return the dresser, so I ended up getting a refund and will likely donate the dresser. Ordered this dresser for a 3rd time and hope its the right one.     • Solid unit once put together
First of all we really like this unit. We needed an eight drawer dresser and tried twice for a different one and two months later still did not have what we ordered. This unit shipped out quickly and we got it quickly. The other dressers were from different companies. During construction I noted one area for improvement and one issue. The square frame bars still had the punched out metal rounds in them so you could hear them going up and down the length when you turned them over until they would fall out onto the ground. Those are unpleasant to step on without shoes. The only issue I had with putting it together was that one of the welded in nuts was not threaded correctly and stripped the bolt partway in. It would not go in any further and any subsequent bolt would bind at the same spot so I did not try to force any more in. A little JB weld later and it is holding fine. I am noting the experience here as I am hoping that I am the anomoly not the norm. Once the unit was all put together it is very stable and sturdy. The only reason for it not being a 5 star are the two things I noted above. ... show more

I love this! I have been looking for a dresser for my son, but I was concerned about the heaviness of a dresser once he starts walking and climbing on things. I didn’t even think anything like this existed! I was so excited to find it. It’s sturdy, but light weight. The drawers are perfect for his clothes and we even have extra room for his towels and blankets. I would buy this all over again in a heart beat just for the peace of mind that my son won’t be able to climb it. And if he does by some means manage it, it’s light weight enough not to hurt him if it managed to knock it over. I like that it is also good quality. I knew it was going to be basically cardboard backed drawers, but I’m impressed that it’s not flimsy at all. The drawers are deep and there is more room than I expected.     • This was exactly what I needed, but probably not for everyone.
I have a pair of these, and they meet my needs pretty well. I just wanted roomy drawers without all the crazy overhead in terms of size and weight of a wooden dresser. As far as external size and weight versus internal storage space, it'd be hard to beat this. It's not super-fancy, but with eight drawers, it makes it easy to divide the things I store in it. ... show more
