2003 Acura RSX Type S I bought the blue NRG Prisma Ultra seat in size Large. I'm 6'3", 150lbs, average build man. Honestly the seat looks awesome, and went in pretty easily. It fits the car just fine. I'd recommend it highly for daily driving activities, but most racing leagues will not let you use this because it's lack of an FIA certification. YMMV Sizing You want to feel snug in it, and for your shoulders to be just slightly under the holes in the seat for the harness. Shipping I normally wouldn't comment on this, but Amazon sometimes sends larger packages differently than smaller ones. I had no tracking past the day it was supposed to be delivered, and then it finally came like a week later through UPS, not an Amazon truck. It was sketchy, but hey, it got here okay. What You Need To Make It Fit In Your Car - The Seat - Self explanatory, comes with a sidemount bracket attached to it for mounting and changing the angle that you sit. I like the angle it comes at perfectly. - Mounting Bracket - This is vehicle specific. You need this to mount the seat to the car. - Hardware Kit - This is pretty universal, it attaches the seat's bracket to the mounting bracket in the car - M8 x 20mm Bolt and Nut - This is for mounting the stock 3-point seatbelt to the seat bracket. Don't forget it! Optional - Seat Slider - This is for if you want to adjust the seat position forward and back. I didn't use mine because it fit me perfectly without, but I'd suggest it for most people. - 6 Point Harness - Not DOT compliant so you can't run it on the street (technically). You don't want to run a 5 point unless you hate having "downstairs parts" after a crash. You can read up about FIA vs SFI yourself. - Harness Bar - If you decide you want to install a harness, you need a roll cage or a harness bar. I'm so stoked this seat is actually really nice!! I was expecting to compromise somewhere but it's a really solid seat. Nice fabric, comfortable bottom cushion shape, gorgeous back with the glitter, especially when you pop the hatch and the dome lights hit it. I'm 6'4" 215lbs with a 36" waist. It fits me great! I can't actually spread my shoulders out broadly but that's normal for me in most seats, and if it were any wider it would hit the door. I can comfortably fit in the headroom with a normal slightly hunched posture. I touch the roof if I straighten completely up. I couldn't fit a helmet. This is installed on sliders tho, I installed it in my 350z using the included brackets and the Buddy Club Low slide rails made for the Z. I had to modify both in order to make it work. If I end up needing a helmet I'll have to ditch the slides and get it way down low but then my wife wouldn't be able to drive it. ... show more

I was skeptical about getting this seat as only a large one was available for the Prisma series via Amazon. I am 5'6 with a 28 waist and very skinny, but a "large" size seat does fit well, and glad I went for the large size. I am using this seat for sim-racing, not for an actual street-driven vehicle. Pros: - Comfortable even for a long session - Alcantara finish Cons: - Stitching ends are poorly made, had 3+ stitchings became loose - Bracket adjustment, very limited with adjustability - Bottom cushion is very thin, you can feel the FRP at the bottom Overall, it is a good quality product for the price, and I would definitely recommend this! Also, if you are in a dilemma between medium vs large, I would suggest getting large. ... show more

4 of us endurance race a car in 24 Hours of Lemons. Nobody has any complaints on comfort. The NRG adjustable rails that fit this seat are a different story. They are sturdy enough, but the handle for moving the seat is poorly designed and too flimsy. I fully expect it to fail on us unless we figure out a way to reinforce it. ... show more

Received my seat today and it didn’t have “Prisma” all big and bold like you see in the description. It has NRG with Prisma just like the other seats. Also the brackets say NRG and not Prisma. Oh well.. I guess I can be thankful that I didn’t receive it damaged.

This chair is far more comfortable than I thought. The stitching and detail is nice. Definitely worth it even after hours of sitting in it. If you're looking for a solid sim chair this is it!

I bought this fixed bucket seat for my girls NB miata. First off the quality of the seat is really good. What they don’t show you in the picture is the backing actually has a flakes in the paint. We were both pleasantly surprised with it. The only downside I have is with the courier service. They needed a signature from me but they would deliver midday when everyone was already at work. I had to go to the actual courier location to pick it up and when I got it the box was THRASHED. I was extremely disappointed with that but I don’t think it was the sellers fault but the couriers. Fortunately the seat was in incredible condition. I guess all that plastic and bubble wrap kept everything immaculate. The seat fit both of us comfortably. ... show more
