I bought a different version of this mat a year ago. Unlike that old one this one feels higher quality and best part didn't have any problems laying it down flat on my desk. No ripples like the other brands. If this new one is anything like my old one it should last about a year of nonstop running before the led starts to lose brightness. ... show more

I have been using this mouse pad for gaming for the past 7 months and it is durable and comfortable so far. The item is reasonably priced and has good image print quality. The RGB functionality could have been better by adding a rainbow lighting pattern/mode, and also by adding more static color options, as there are only a few. The item comes rolled in a box and will have a curvature after unpacking (it does not sit flat on the table right out of the box) and it needs to be rolled the other way to flatten the pad. I didn't like the rough feel of the plastic threads that were used to sew on the lighted strip around the edges. It got irritating to my forearms after a while.
