I have been taking this for my IBS for a couple weeks now and have loved what the husk had done. I ran out and bought this one. I’m regularly going and I’m less bloated. Be warned though do not dry scoop this. I like just getting my supplements down and not mixing it. I tried it for the first time tonight. It got so thick in my mouth I started gagging. If I didn’t spit it out I would have chocked. I then mixed it in water and that helped and got it down. Like that it's super simple to use, however dislike the way it gets thick really fast. You have to drink it in a shot in the first 30 seconds or it's already jelled. I bought for my smoothies, but cannot use it for them because of the jelling issue.

Originally purchased this for myself but midway through trying things out I've been putting it in food that I cook for everyone, particularly my significant other. This mixes quite well into hamburger patties, taco meat, mashed potatoes, gravy, ranch, meatloaf, soups, and stews. And it's decently easy to add to homemade reads/pastries.
