    • DONT take if you have an iron deficiency
Be aware: if you struggle with iron deficiency, you CAN NOT take this. Green tea extract (especially at this dosage) reduces your body’s ability to absorb iron. These pills are clear, filled capsules so you can’t halve them or anything in order to balance the dosage.

The coating makes it a bit difficult to swallow without it sticking in my throat, and it makes me a bit nauseous if I don't eat food almost immediately with it. That being said, everyone's body is different so for the price, it's worth a try.

Very effective to use with colon cleansing...to detox your body when you drink the Epson salt solution and starts to stir all the toxins in your body...this product will work to keep your blood clean. Never let me down. I drink the tea as well.
