The media could not be loaded. I am very grateful that this item cane in one piece. Not broken, not half empty. It actually came brand new brand new boxes wrapped in plasti. Love it I did open each and every. One really great smells. Bottle size is a little small. But they are samples so overall. I'm happy. Now it just comes to the rest of my items that I have ordered.
