I bought a full size Novilla mattress two years ago and it was the most comfortable mattress I’ve slept on so far. Unfortunately, I had to downsize so I figured I’d go with another Novilla, but a twin instead. I think my mistake was getting a 10in vs a 12in (who knew two inches could make such a difference). My full size mattress was a 12in and this twin I bought is 10in. It’s not the worse thing in the world, just not as comfy as my previous Novilla mattress:( What makes it uncomfy? I really don’t know. I’ve been sleeping on it for a few weeks (as recommended) and I let it inflate for 72 hours before use (as recommended) but it still doesn’t feel right. One of the pictures in the review is from when I first opened it, I don’t have one of how inflated it is now. I thought the tool it came with was pretty nice! The bed is very comfortable, but unlike most memory mattresses, your indentation stays for a while, so if you lay in one position for a period of time and try to roll over, be prepared to sink into the "hole". The expansion rate was rather very slow two full days to let it fully inflate. The new mattress smell vanished rather very quickly which is a plus in my book. Matress quality seems to be good so far. Thickness of it well fully expanded is as advertised same with the medium softness. Noise level... well it's a matress of foam, what noise?
