My husband has been complaining about back pain and we had to get rid of the old mattress that sinks in. I was a little nervous ordering a mattress without trying it first. I received it 3 days after placing the order and it came in a box. Set up was super easy, just take it out of the package and put the mattress on bed. It almost fully expaned after opening the package. The first picture is how it looked 10min after we opened it. We slept on it the night we put it on. It's SO comfortable! It's just firm enough to support my joints, but it's cozy and soft right where I need it. I can lay in any position and feel supported and comfortable. My husband woke up before me in the morning and I didn't even felt him exit the bed. He said it's the best sleep he'd had in a long time. BTW, it's pretty heavy, so you might need some help if you are a smaller buid. :P Now, we have been sleeping on the bed for about 3 months, it feels like how it was on day 1 and we still love it so much!! I bought this queen size mattress for my apartment bedroom. It definitely exceeds my expectation. The Mattress is soft and comfy. It is not firm and not too soft. It hugs me very well, very elastic and rebound quickly. It also absorbs heat very well to keep me warm at night. It has dirt protection layer so is very resistant to moist and dirts. Given the size and thickness of the mattress, It is actually quite light. An adult man can carry it and walk some distances with no problem. The quality of this mattress is also very high. It is made of high quality foam and springs and has no strange smell. Sleeping on it, I don’t feel the spring at all. It comes vacuum-sealed and expanded quickly when opened. The media could not be loaded. The Novilla mattress provides very good support to my head and spine and it has a comfy and soft plush pillow top to provide me some good night sleep. I have tried different brands and types of mattress (springs or memory foams) in the past couple years and finally I found one that is just about right for my back and does not sink with good support. The 2 layers of foams help to relive pressure. The firmness of the mattress is about right. The mattress came vacuum sealed and is easy to resume and expand to its original size. It also makes the logistics so easy that I can carry it to my room by myself without asking any help. I am satisfied with this mattress especially with this price. This one was ordered for a park model RV that we recently purchased. We didn't want their older mattress so we got this. This has individually wrapped inner springs where my older one doesn't. The mattress felt good for 3 months and I didn’t have any issues. I slept better than I had on my old mattress and without pain. I turned the mattress on schedule as suggested to keep the wear of the mattress even during the breaking in period. About 3 ½ month is into my purchase, I quite suddenly began waking in the middle of the night with back pain, which kept me from sleeping. At first I thought perhaps I had strained by back during the day. But after a week of pain ONLY when lying in bed, I realized the pain was being caused by the mattress. I moved over to the center of the mattress and could feel the difference — the middle was still firm, but the sides that had endured the weight of my sleep each night, were noticeably sagging. I am not a large person, only 120 lbs. I’m so disappointed because I thought I had found a great mattress and it’s now past the 100 day guarantee. I based my purchase on the reviews I read, but it seems most people write reviews shortly after purchasing items.
