I first bought this rug in March of 2018 and it held up great. The colors are still vibrant, not much fading has occurred, even though it sits in the sun for multiple hours a day. It started to fray on one edge last year, I probably should have turned it around once or twice a year. From afar it still looks great, I get a lot of compliments on it. I will be moving soon, but I am so happy that it is still for sale, so I can buy it new for my new place. The one I bought in 2018 will be retired, it had a great run. ... show more

Very pleased to find, when I cut into the plastic, that there was no bad smell as you often get from a rug or similar item that's been sealed in plastic since the factory. It's a thin-ish rug, but it's as described in the description, size is as described, colors look pretty good, overall I'm pleased. It's not too thick, so it laid out nicely after I unrolled it, rolled it back up the opposite way, and let it sit for a little while. It'll keep settling as we walk on it. Not fancy or luxurious, but it's pretty soft, looks nice, seems durable, and I cannot stress enough how glad I am I didn't have to hang it outside for a few days or spray it with deodorizers or anything! ... show more

I love this runner! The length is great and the colors match perfectly with the magenta, cyan and purple I painted all the door and door frames in my hallway. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that it was so tightly wrapped around the tube those two corners just don't want to stay down. I'm using a rug tape now, but if I bang them with my foot, they pull up once in a while. Also, it does not have any rubber backing, FYI, so you will need a rubber underlay if you don't want it moving around on a floor without a carpet. ... show more

I love this rug! I adore color, so my space is very eclectic. This rug anchored all of my tendencies to bring what I like into my small home regardless of whether or not they will "go" with other things. Honestly, I'm a cheapskate when it comes to stuff like this. I avoided buying an area rug because I don't like the prices of large rugs, but at the same time I also don't trust the quality of inexpensive large rugs. I thought this rug was beautiful, but I didn't trust its quality based on the price. I am SO very grateful to other reviewers for their photos and comments, because THEY are the reason I ended up purchasing this rug! This rug is soft, but I wouldn't call it plush or luxurious to the touch. However, it is very comfy under my bare feet, and cushy enough for me when I sit or lie on it. Early days, but so far no shedding issues. It feels very quality & durable, and it's wonderfully vibrant! I absolutely love it. My only negative, and it's not much of a negative, is that it's been 3 days with those books on the edge of the rug (see pics) to try and calm the curl from storage/shipping, and I'm still waiting for it to be flat. Not a real problem, just an fyi. You canNOT go wrong with this 9'x12' price point of $218! This lightweight 8’ round rug is a great visual pop in my room. The pile is very low, so do not choose this if you’re looking for something to feel luxurious to the touch, but the materials seem sturdy and I expect it will last a long time. The rug was a little wrinkly from shipping but only took about 2 days to lay flat after being unrolled on the floor. ... show more

This rug was exactly what I needed to match the duvet and other furnishings. The colors pop like all my other pieces. I can run my floor robot in the room without having to take up the rug and the bot can vacc the rug as well. However, how does one ever get the wrinkles out and get it to lay flat where it was rolled so tight on the cardboard roll in the middle? It’s synthetic material so I’m afraid to use a steam iron that could scorch the rug and ruin it. I have ordered other rugs that all laid flat the first day, but this is the first round rug I have purchased. The rolled ends were scrunched because they were packed so tight in plastic and that’s the worst of the problem. I don’t own a steamer and the good ones are too expensive when I have little use for one 95% of the time. Would love to receive tips for getting the rug flat with the order or even now. ... show more
