These shorts are really light and comfortable. I'm 36 waist and 30 inseam. The LG is perfect around the waist. The 7 length comes down to just above knees, which is a little longer than I like so I also purchased the 5 length. All in all, great shorts for a really good price.

I've worn them during intense workouts and even on hot, sweaty runs, and they truly live up to their promise. The moisture-wicking fabric keeps me feeling dry and comfortable, which is essential for a satisfying workout experience. The fit is another highlight. These shorts have an adjustable waistband with a drawstring, allowing for a customizable fit that stays securely in place. These are a great all-around short. Love the zipper pockets, especially while I’m traveling or even working out to avoid things falling out of my pockets while laying down on the bench. I will say that these shorts are comfortable but not as true to size as stated. I ordered 5in seam and it looks more like a 7-9in seam. I compared them to my other shorts that are 5in seam from another brand and the Northyard are a few inches longer so they are not as stated. I cannot find where they tell you the specific in seam size either. They are also a little baggier than I was hoping for but that's not too bad. The extra pockets are nice though. ... show more
