The texture is a bit too soft, especially if your kids are sensitive to texture. can still taste the fishiness, but quite mild. It doesn't smell, and will find out soon if it helps on her next doctor's visits .

I have read several articles on the benefits of fish oil for toddlers, so I wanted to try some out. I chose these because of the purity testing they undergo and the fact that they don’t use artificial colors, flavors, or sweeteners. These are a great quality, the texture and consistency is good. They aren't hard and have a sugary coating on them. I like the brand Nordic Naturals and its a big container that will last which is great. Also the packaging is pretty!
