This was a chandelier we purchased for our dining room. It was exactly what my wife wanted! The assembly was a bit challenging, but they sent replacement balls, so the ones I broke during assembly I was able to replace. The size is good for our smaller room, but I recommend the next size for a larger room. The bulbs it comes with are tricky. They change from white to warm white each time I turn them on. Took a chance on this light being a designer dupe. It is beautiful and good quality. An electrician installed with no issues, then we hung the glass bulbs in about 15 minutes. Love it!

Beautiful unique light that is a statement piece. It does take some effort to put together and they provided several extra globes in case of breakage. As others have mentioned I recommend placing the globes from the bottom moving up and adding a dimmer switch.

Ok... full disclosure... I had a couple of issues. The frame was a little bent but I knew the glass globes would cover it so it was really not significant issue. 8 globes arrived broken and when I notified the company, they immediately agreed to send me replacements... which they did. Next, there were 2 screws that were missing. I asked for replacements and they are now on the way now. In the meantime, my handyman said he could find a way to install. He installed the fixture frame basket and lights. I personally installed all the bazillion glass balls. There are no directions on how to install but here is how I did it and it worked out perfectly. There are 2 wire pieces that had to be installed with each ball. I installed the first wire piece that is similar to what is put into a Christmas ball. Then I connected the next wire that has eventually has to be crimped on both ends... with the needle nose pliers supplied. I only crimped one side as the other end has to be connected to the wire basket. I prepped all the balls with both wires, then took 8-10 balls at a time up the ladder in a plastic bowl and connected the remaining wire of each to the wire basket. I started at the bottom and put 5 balls (alternating small and large balls) on the bottom wire including one in the middle bottom. I then crimped the remaining wire (alternated TWO balls per wire section) until I reached the top of the basket. They say they give you 5 extra balls in case some are broken... but I used every single ball. I didn't break one. Slow and Steady. I also used the gloves that were supplied so I didn't put finger prints on the glass. I ended up swapping out the yellow toned light bulbs for a more white bulb. Lastly, I put a dimmer on this fixture. This quality fixture is GORGEOUS!!!! I have zero regrets and would buy again. ... show more

I received the product on time, it was very easy to assemble, and it looks fantastic as it exceeded expectations. I say the seller is great because I did accidently break 2 bulbs and after sending them an e-mail they quickly sent two replacement bulbs.
