I may have a limited perspective given I haven't tried other monitors with my Nord Grand, but these are fantastic. I typically play with headphones (in a condo w/ shared walls), but occasionally I'll unplug and I'm constantly amazed by the quality of the sound. The price point is admittedly high, and I'm sure there are plenty of options out there that are far less expensive and more than adequate, but these really are incredible. If aesthetics are important, matching red with the logo is a nice touch as well. ... show more

It has no quality for the price. It makes a constant noise It seems like they use a poor transformer inside.

Too much hiss for a near field monitor, the sound is also pretty “weak” when you crank it up (it is pretty small monitor though); but it does make a good match for the color of my nord keyboard

For some reason, the right speaker makes a very unpleasant metallic ring when certain notes are played. My best solution to this problem has been to place the speaker upside down. No idea why it helps. I think something is vibrating inside the speaker. I would not recommend these to anybody because of this issue. ... show more

    • Incredible sound. Overpriced maybe but worth every penny to me.
I was agonizing over the price and the size of the speakers. I ordered them knowing that there was free return on these. I am keeping these puppies. Wow.
