The only issue that I've come across is the opening is too small for a typical bottle brush to fit through so to clean the inside you would need to use like a straw brush cleaner. Hard to get 100%clean and can not with stand being left in the car all day. Otherwise exactly what I needed, wish they came in pack of 7. I added the weekday labels to help me remember if I had drank my hormones for the day. Doesn't leak even when seal has been broken.
