FIRST,Let me start out by saying that I've read all of the reviews before I bought this thing. I was skeptical, I bought it. The ottoman showed up 2 days after I purchased it. There are 3 boxes total. chair box A, chair box B,and the ottoman. With that being said, if you want all the tracking numbers, simply inquire with the seller via Amazon. Second, this thing was SO easy to put together. It was the second easiest thing I did that day after putting on my shoes. The first easy thing was making coffee in my Bunn coffee maker. I opened the boxes up, checked off each item from the inventory list, looked at the directions real quick, blinked my eye, sneezed, and I was basically all done. I had that couch assembled in 30 minutes flat from unpacking to sliding it into place. A bit of common sense told me which way the seat backs were supposed to be installed into the box frames. Third, Its firm....for now. Its not anything special but it is pretty comfy. It's tall enough to give the upper back support to help hold your head up while sitting in it. It's not too low where sitting in it will make your neck tired. There's enough seat cushion to skoot down to rest your head if needed. Im an average height person and well rounded at that. Theres definitely enough room for 2 of me to sit comfortably. For the price, the way it's manufactured, and designed to be assembled the way it is; I'll be happy if I get 2 years out of it. If you have carpets, I highly suggest putting carpet skid pads on the feet, the ones provided slipped right off because they have felt pads for non carpet flooring ... show more

The directions for this item was missing a page. However, putting the item was not difficult UNTIL the back cushions were installed backwards. NOTHING, NOTHING, NOTHING I tried would allow me to remove the back cushions and install them properly. I had to leave for a month long vacation and will be calling a JUNK TRUCK to pick up this item to discard upon my return and will be purchasing a replacement!!! ... show more

This is great for small rooms it’s in my little TV room/office. It was easy to assemble it was just me and it took almost two hours. I do like how it looks. I’ve rated it 4 stars because it’s cushions are not that firm, and the “linen” is more like a canvas or a lesser quality of linen.

The couch is nice. Easy to assemble, once it finally shows up, and comfortable. I can't understand why all 3 boxes are not sent and delivered at the same time. Order was placed 12/5/21 and the final box was delivered today 12/13/21. The 1st box was easy enough to put together, only contained the ottoman and only requres screwing in the 4 legs. The 2nd box was two bottom pieces, 2 bottom cushions withough the covers, 1 back (center) cushion and a bag of hardware. No instructions where in this box so it could not be put together. The last box contained the last bottom cushion, all 3 bottom cushion covers, the two side arms, the last two back cushions, the instructions and all the legs. ... show more

    • Like the couch, wise the instructions were a little more clear.

We like the couch, however during assembly one of the couch back tracks got off center. After struggling with it for two days trying to pull it apart, we finally got it in the track. A little frustrating. Wish the instructions could have been a little more clear with the warning that once one of the snaps were engaged it’s basically permanent, rather than just “snap” the pieces together. This is a great small sofa! It came in 3 boxes, very easy to assemble. The arm scrolls aren’t very big but looks like a tiny version of elegance. Matches my decor when I needed something quick to replace another piece. It’s also fairly comfortable for the price. The seams do not line up perfectly with the cushions but that actually makes it appear to be a comfortable, linen looking fabric sofa. Everyone wants to sit on it.
