First off the gaming chair works better than I thought. Very easy to assemble and there were no missing parts. The 2 items that were not necessary were the USB lumbar massager using a USB to plug in did not even make sense as you have to be extremely careful that you remember to unplug when you get out of the chair, for that reason alone I gave it 1 star. The other problem was the footrest. It does not work like you would think and when you tighten the bolts you cannot untighten them as they are locked. There were no instructions included but I put the model into YouTube and found an easy video to follow along with. Very simple to put together. Best part was how they handled the hardware. The have pre-installed the screws into the position they should be in so you unscrew them to install the corresponding piece. This ensures that the holes are properly threaded - I wish all companies could do this. It would resolve so many issues with mismatched holes, not enough hardware etc. I have only had the chair for a day but it feels sturdy (I'm over 300 lbs) and very comfy. I'll definitely update if any problems present but for now I'm very happy with the chair. ... show more

So, as usual got my request to review before I even received the item. Will say the chair was easy to put together vs other items I have picked up. The chair is super easy to move, is very comfortable and the wife said, "with the massage function I will never see you again or get anything done". I am still weighing these catgories/benefits!
